Account Manager/Sales Do you have a passion for the staffing industry? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and building dynamic client relationships? Qualified candidates are needed in Rolling Meadows. Position details include working with a vast candidate database, sourcing and screening applicants, managing search assignments, managing the sales process and associated expenses. Candidates must have at least two years in a sales environment and a proven track record of establishing new accounts, closing deals and excellent customer service skills. This excellent compensation package includes a base pay and a generous commission structure.

Executive HR Assistant This is an excellent opportunity with a fast-growing company in the O’Hare area as an Executive Assistant to the Director of HR and the HR team!  This position is responsible for schedule management for the HR Director, travel arrangements, PowerPoint presentations, maintaining employee files, preparing new hire packets, coordinating internship programs, creating employee documents and special projects as needed.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, with experience in an HR department.  Seeking detail oriented candidates with a positive, "work is fun" attitude!  Intermediate MS Office skills are required and a four year degree is strongly preferred.  In exchange for hard work and dedication, our client company offers a rewarding and fun atmosphere!  This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $60,000 based on experience.  WS7837

Customer Service Coordinator This position is responsible for creating new accounts, managing pricing issues within AS400, expediting orders, creating budget reports, processing debit/credit memos, coordinating returns and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working in a call center and has specific experience with order entry on a mainframe system (AS400).   In exchange for hard work and dedication, the company offers an excellent benefits plan (100% paid), a competitive salary and a fun work atmosphere! Parts Coordinator Our client is local to the Northwest Suburbs and is seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join their team. This position is responsible for direct customer contact (small call center environment), checking parts availability, troubleshooting orders, inventory management and maintaining customer and product information in their mainframe. Candidates must have five or more years experience in a similar role with previous experience on a mainframe system (AS400, Oracle, etc). This is a direct hire position with an annual salary in the range of $35,000 - $40,000. WS7810

Customer Service Supervisor Our client located in O'Hare area is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support their growing organization.  This position has responsibility for providing full resolution to customer inquiries via fax, phone, email, mail, internet and thru face to face customer contact. CSR's also communicate with the sales team regarding ship dates and order status, working with the designated logistics company to ensure timely product shipment and arrival. Additional responsibilities include order entry, billing, processing credit memos and returns. Ten or more years experience in a customer driven environment with additional experience in order processing on a mainframe system (AS400), 4 year degree is preferred, in addition to excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Candidates must have 3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, intermediate to advance MS Office Skills, and knowledge of MRP. Temporary Marketing Assistant Our client is located in Schaumburg and is a thriving healthcare provider – seeking a temporary assistant to support the CMO. This position has heavy phone interaction and requires phenomenal communication skills. Day to day responsibilities include making travel arrangements, meeting planning, preparing presentations and sales material. Seeking candidates with outstanding customer service skills and at least three years experience in a similar role. Additional requirements include intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Temporary Lease Administrator Long term temporary position (3 months) located in Rolling Meadows. This position supports the Lease Administration department, and is responsible for scanning and attaching documents into the database, working closely with lease customers for clarification, maintaining information in excel Spreadsheets. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, professionalism and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Word, Excel and databases (ISIS preferred) required. Temporary Administrative Assistant Our client, located in Westmont, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their HR department with project work. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, making travel arrangements, calendar management, and coordinating global conference calls. This is a part time position (up to 20 hours per week) and requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project. Hourly rate of $16-$17. Interested candidates, please reference WS7852.

Temporary Transportation Coordinator Our client is located in Homewood and is a Freight Forwarding Specialist, in need of temporary assistance. Responsibilities include general office and customer support for the Operations Department. Daily functions include assisting with phones, data entry, order entry, troubleshooting and resolving issues that may result in customer delays, providing customers with cost-efficient options, and escalating unresolved issues to supervisors for resolution. Previous experience in the transportation industry is required (2 or more years in a similar role), in addition to excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills. Software requirements include Excel and Outlook. This is a three month assignment with an hourly rate of $15.00. Temporary Administrative Assistant, Supply Chain Our client located in the Chicago/O’Hare area is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a two month assignment. This position is responsible for scanning and archiving orders, verifying purchase orders and preparing paperwork for shipment. Candidates must have 3 or more years experience in a similar role, as well as proficiency in Word and Excel; AS400 experience is preferable.  Hourly rate of $15 - $17 WS7837

Staffing Assistant Internship This urgent position is located in Rolling Meadows and supports a team of Recruiters in a fast paced and entrepreneurial setting. Candidate will be responsible for conducting background checks, reference calls, maintaining applicant database, posting new positions on local and national job boards, distributing resumes, coordinating interviews and scheduling candidate software testing. Additional responsibilities include supporting the account management process by mailing information, responding to calls, sending out client surveys, and searching Web Software.
