Account Manager/Sales Do you have a passion for the staffing industry? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and building dynamic client relationships? Qualified candidates are needed in Rolling Meadows. Position details include working with a vast candidate database, sourcing and screening applicants, managing search assignments, managing the sales process and associated expenses. Candidates must have at least two years in a sales environment and a proven track record of establishing new accounts, closing deals and excellent customer service skills. This excellent compensation package includes a base pay and a generous commission structure.
Customer Service Coordinator This position is responsible for creating new accounts, managing pricing issues within AS400, expediting orders, creating budget reports, processing debit/credit memos, coordinating returns and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working in a call center and has specific experience with order entry on a mainframe system (AS400). In exchange for hard work and dedication, the company offers an excellent benefits plan (100% paid), a competitive salary and a fun work atmosphere! Salary range is $35,000 - $45,000 WS7512F Status: Position on Hold.
District Sales Manager We are seeking experienced sales leaders to support our client local to the Chicago area. This dynamic sales leader is responsible for identifying new sales prospects as well as expanding lines of service with established accounts. This position is responsible for driving local growth by developing targeted business unit sales plans. This key sales position manages the entire sales process including pricing, establishing service metrics, account management to include renewals, prices changes and marketing new services and products. Our ideal candidate has five or more years experience in direct sales (seeking specific experience with healthcare, diagnostic testing and lab services), as well as two or more years managing/developing a sales team. Additional requirements include demonstrated experience in developing and sustaining customer relationships, successful experience planning annual sales forecasts and market strategy, excellent time management, communication and presentation skills. A four year degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences is required, in addition to expertise within the entire MS Office Suite.
